These terms and conditions govern the use of our website, www.silvercross.com.au, and in using this website either by browsing pages or making an online purchase you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as laid out below.

Discounts

Please note discounts cannot be 'stacked' - i.e discounts on our website silvercross.com.au cannot be used in conjunction with each other.  

Survey Promotion

The $25 discount is valid for online purchases only and will be issued as a unique discount code sent to the email address provided in your survey entry. This promotion is valid until 31 March 2025. The discount code cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts, and Silver Cross reserves the right to prevent code stacking. The discount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Silver Cross reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Win a Jet 5 Stroller

The Jet 5 Stroller Prize Draw is open to individuals who have completed the Prize Draw survey published in February 2025.

Participants must be 18 years or older, and each individual is limited to one entry. Entries submitted on behalf of another person or through automated means will not be accepted.

The prize consists of one (1) Jet 5 stroller, with the colour determined by Silver Cross. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative product.

The winner will be contacted directly by Silver Cross using the details provided in the survey entry. The winner must respond and arrange for delivery or pickup within the timeframe specified in the notification. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable period, Silver Cross reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

Silver Cross reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to Silver Cross using their name in promotional announcements if selected as the winner.

Ex Demo / Damaged Box Prams

Please note there are no refunds or exchanges on Silver Cross damaged box or ex demo items.

Returns

*Please make sure your pram and any accessories are returned in original condition. 'Original condition' means no signs of use or damage and the product has been re-packed how it arrived (i.e.: with all protective packaging to ensure no damage during transport). We understand the box may incur some incidental damage during transport and when removing the tape, please ensure that you take the best care you can when unpacking and re-boxing your pram Prams and accessories that are not deemed to be in original condition cannot be accepted for a full return.

If there is any damage to your pram when you have received it, please ensure you report this to us before sending it back.

Accessories/Spare Parts

Accessories/Spare Parts purchased in the same transaction as a pram can be returned with the pram provided they are also in original condition*. Our terms otherwise excludes accessories/spare parts purchased in a separate transaction.

Other Exclusions

Our terms excludes returns for a different colour, different model or returns to take advantage of a variation in price. The change of mind return terms can only be used once due to the high cost of shipping.
