Shopping online with Silver Cross is not only safe and secure, but we also offer a range of delivery options through one of the Australia's most reliable couriers.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive email notification. Please check your Junk and Spam folders of your email client in the event your notification is not found in your inbox.

Pre-Ordered Items

When you purchase an item that is on Pre-Order, that item is not available for immediate shipping and will be shipped in the future, according to the estimated dispatch date that is outlined on the product page.
